Introduction

(the "Service"). The Service is operated by the developers of www.illusions.hu website (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").

Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from use of the Service.

Password

You will receive a password upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password.

You agree that Service Provider may at any time, and without notice, suspend or terminate any part of the Service, or refuse to fulfill any order or terminate your membership and delete any Content stored on the Site, in its sole discretion, if you fail to comply with the Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes

Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force of the Republic Of Hungary. 

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by the Service Provider.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central District Court of Pest, Budapest, Hungary.
